A Demonstrator is a gymnast who:

  • Embodies the club’s values of teamwork, respect, and positivity

Who can become a Demonstrator?

  • Gymnasts aged 10+ who show maturity, responsibility, and a passion for helping others

  • Those who want to gain experience before moving into the Leadership Academy or coaching pathway

  • Young leaders looking to give back to their club community

Why be a Demonstrator?

  • ✅Build confidence, communication, and teamwork skills

  • ✅Take the first step toward future coaching or leadership roles

  • ✅Be recognised as a trusted role model within the club

  • ✅Earn volunteer hours for school or awards (e.g., Duke of Edinburgh)
