For our very youngest gymnasts to explore and learn in a safe and fun environment. With the guidance of qualified British Gymnastics coaches and parent/carer children can learn to develop key skills such as:

Co-ordination

Confidence

Interaction
Our Gymdots will follow the British Gymnastics FUNdamentals programme, gaining awards based on participation.

These sessions are for boys and girls and require an adult to attend and participate in the session. Gymdots and parents/carers have the whole of our Performance Centre to explore.
AGE - Toddlers to 3 years
WHEN - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10.30 - 11.30am

Preschool Sessions
​
Preschool sessions are fun interactive learning sessions designed to encourage children, from 3 years up to 5 years, to become active and gain physical, social and educational skills independently. Children also learn to develop key skills such as:

Confidence

Interaction

Discipline
Our Preschool gymnasts take part in independent structured sessions led by a British Gymnastics qualified coach. They will train in our fully equipped dedicated preschool area.

Throughout the sessions children are encouraged to socially interact with other children in a happy, safe environment, along with learning basic gymnastics skill and shapes to prepare for the next level of gymnastics.
Our Preschool gymnasts follow the British Gymnastics FUNdamentals programme, gaining awards based on participation and then advance to the British Gymnastics Preschool Proficiency Awards gaining badges based on gaining and developing basic skills in movement.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIPS - Club Memberships £20 and British Gymnastics Preschool membership £14 - please note annual memberships run from 1st October - 30th September each year.
