Voting will be open from 12:00 noon to 8:30pm on Thursday 26th March and will take place digitally using the form below. We kindly ask that you confirm your attendance by emailing info@warringtongymnastics.co.uk 

📌 What You Are Voting On

Members will be asked to vote on:

1. Club Structure

A proposal to transition the club to a company limited by guarantee.

The club will remain not-for-profit

Our purpose will remain unchanged: providing gymnastics coaching to the community

This change is designed to:

Limit personal liability for board members

Strengthen governance

Support the long-term sustainability of the club

2. Board Appointments (Voluntary Roles)

Mandi Mellor – Chair

Sophie Whelan – Vice Chair

Hannah Whelan – Secretary

Jessica Riley – Treasurer

ℹ️ Additional Information

Each member is entitled to one vote

Votes must be submitted within the stated time window

Duplicate or ineligible votes may be discounted

​

If approved, the proposed changes will take effect from the start of the new financial year to ensure a smooth transition.
